Clean and decent rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location to explore the city and close to Konyaalti Beach if you don't mind a walk. Nice traditional Turkish breakfast. Free bottled water replaced regularly.

The location of the hotel was great, with lots of attractions and shops nearby.
The room we stayed in was very narrow and cramped, despite requesting a family room. There was no place to eat food in the room and no glasses or utensils provided.

We were a group of seven, including two kids, and when we arrived at Old Town Point Hotel & Spa, they offered us their suites/apartments instead of the three rooms we had booked. The suites were spacious, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a living room.
The Wi-Fi stopped working , and it took the hotel two days to rectify the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the centre of the city. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of Turkish dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with our transportation needs to the nearby old town attractions.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in the center of town, with all the amenities we needed. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and laundry available. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we could need, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the spa services, including massages and a Turkish bath, and the seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers were a real treat.
